Drilled safe deposit box inventories

*Drilled Safe Deposit Box inventories by our mobile notary public are $10 per box drilled, minimum of two boxes required, plus a convenience fee covering time and travel for mobile notary services. For more than two boxes, the fee is $20 per hour on-site plus travel near Tavares, Leesburg, or The Villages Florida.

Solemnizing/Officiating a Marriage

*Weddings are $20 plus a $25 mobile notary public convenience fee covering the first 15 minutes. Additional time will be charged in fifteen-minute increments thereafter . Must have a valid Florida marriage license. We are not ordained ministers but are notaries in the State of Florida, which affords us the opportunity to make your special day, exceptional.

I-9 Forms

*I-9 forms are not notarized and do not fall under the Florida Notary fee statute. Our Base rate for an I-9 applies if you meet our Notary at the Dunkin Donuts located in the Palm Plaza shopping center (641 N. 14th St., Leesburg, FL). If our Mobile Notary Public travels to you, a convenience fee is added to cover time and travel to your location. Call for a FREE quote.

*Loan Document mobile notary services signings range from $125 to $175 depending on the size of the loan package and distance to our Notary Signing Agent. Call for FREE quote.

*Proper identification is mandatory for all parties!! To allow for expedient mobile notary services notarization without incurring additional fees, please be certain to have your state or government issued identification available and DO NOT SIGN any documents before meeting with our mobile notary public. If applicable, please have your witness(s) readily available. If you are unable to get witnesses, with advance notice, we can bring a witness (or 2) with us for a fee of $25.00 for each witness, depending on the notarial act. All documents should be fully executed before our arrival to avoid additional service charges. We are NOT attorneys and may NOT give legal advice or interpret regarding the documents you may need to sign. Our convenience fee is $25.00 for anything under 10 miles. Anything over 10 miles will be charged at $0.57 per mile. Emergency Notaries case by case. After hour fees may apply. Loan packages vary, so please call for quote. We are a "Mobile Only" business model and do not maintain an office location.
