The Mesothelioma Center-www.asbestos.com/support/ Since 2006, Asbestos.com has served as an advocacy center that provides hope and delivers quality resources and information for patients and loved ones coping with mesothelioma. Their vision is a world where everyone with mesothelioma has free access to information, services and support to overcome this disease and live longer, healthier lives alongside their loved ones.

Come As You Are Ministry- 1344 Griffin Road, Leesburg Florida. 352-396-3570. Has a small food pantry for those in need. Provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. Is an access Community and Safelink Partner. Assists with a chemical dependency program. Assists the homeless with recovering their Birth Certificates, SS cards and FL Id's. Conducts weekly bible studies. Helps with utilities. Has a list of jobs available, plus provides a list of Lake county resources.

Donation Hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 12:00pm Pantry Hours: Monday through Thursday 10:00am to 12:00pm Serving families from Leesburg, Fruitland Park, and Okahumpka. Please bring social security cards for every person in the household, a photo ID for the person signing up and proof of residence. Only 35 families are fed per day so be there early. Pantry is open to all in need in the community. Please bring food donations and place them in a basket at the rear of the sanctuary or on the counter in the kitchen. Monetary contributions are greatly appreciated and should be marked "Food Pantry". With your monetary donations we are able to buy in bulk and stretch your dollar farther. Provides food for needy. North Lake Presbyterian Church-Christian Food Pantry- christianfoodpantry.org. 103 E Lady Lake Blvd, Lady Lake Florida. 352-259-0788. The pantry is a ministry of North Lake Presbyterian Church which opened in 1998. Our supplemental grocery program for local families in need, improves their quality of life, helps sustain health, good nutrition, energy, human dignity and the opportunity for family members to meet their full potential. Also provides dog and cat food for families who cannot afford to feed their pets. Donations is greatly appreciated. Age groups: All Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm.

Provides food, clothing and small housewares to residents of northern Sumter County Florida at or below 133% of FPL. Hours: the 2nd and 4th Tuesday 9:30am to 12:30pm Requirements: Photo ID, proof of residence, proof of income, and Social Security cards for each household member are required. Clients register for one year of service. All applicants will be served at least once.

We could not do what we do without the support of a generous community and guidance of the Second Harvest Food Bank, who primarily acts as the storehouse for millions of pounds of food and other products distributed to Central Florida food pantries.
